Blaze Solutions was founded on a simple belief:
Excellence must be earned — but leaders should not have to figure everything out alone.
Throughout her career, founder Amanda Hooten saw talented people promoted into leadership because they were exceptional at their craft. They were then expected to manage people, navigate conflict, set priorities, build trust, and deliver results — often without practical preparation or meaningful support.
She also saw organizations struggle under unclear priorities, inconsistent accountability, disconnected strategies, and complex programs that lacked the structure needed to move forward.
Blaze Solutions was created to close those gaps.
Today, Blaze helps individual leaders build the skills and confidence to lead well, partners with organizations to strengthen leadership and execution, and supports government customers and contractors in delivering mission-critical work.
